Banana Oat Energy Bars
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Bananas mashed
- 2 Carrots grated
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- ½ Cup Nuts chopped (your choice)
- 1 Apple grated
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
- 2Mix oats, bananas, carrot, apple, applesauce, and peanuts together in a bowl, spread into the prepared baking dish.
- 3Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
