Banana Oat Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 2 Carrots grated
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • ½ Cup Nuts chopped (your choice)
  • 1 Apple grated

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
  2. 2Mix oats, bananas, carrot, apple, applesauce, and peanuts together in a bowl, spread into the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
