Banana Split Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 ¼ Cup Sugar
- ⅓ Cup Butter Melted
- 16 oz Cream Cheese 2 (8 oz) packages, softened
- 1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, drained
- 1 Cup Strawberries Sliced thin
- 4 Bananas Ripe
- 2 Cup Milk Cold
- 1 Vanilla Pudding Large box
- 2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup Nuts Optional
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup melted butter.
- 2Press into a 13x9 pan and set aside.
- 3Beat together the remaining sugar (1 cup) and cream cheese until well mixed.
- 4Carefully spoon over cookie crust.
- 5Top with pineapple, sliced bananas, and sliced strawberries.
- 6In another bowl mix the cold milk and pudding, and set aside.
- 7In a large bowl beat together the whipping cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- 8Remove one cup of whipped cream and mix into pudding.
- 9Layer filling over bananas.
- 10Spread remaining whipped cream over pudding and sprinkle with nuts.
- 11Chill for 5 hours before serving.
