Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 ¼ Cup Sugar
  • ⅓ Cup Butter Melted
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese 2 (8 oz) packages, softened
  • 1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, drained
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Sliced thin
  • 4 Bananas Ripe
  • 2 Cup Milk Cold
  • 1 Vanilla Pudding Large box
  • 2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Nuts Optional

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup melted butter.
  2. 2Press into a 13x9 pan and set aside.
  3. 3Beat together the remaining sugar (1 cup) and cream cheese until well mixed.
  4. 4Carefully spoon over cookie crust.
  5. 5Top with pineapple, sliced bananas, and sliced strawberries.
  6. 6In another bowl mix the cold milk and pudding, and set aside.
  7. 7In a large bowl beat together the whipping cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. 8Remove one cup of whipped cream and mix into pudding.
  9. 9Layer filling over bananas.
  10. 10Spread remaining whipped cream over pudding and sprinkle with nuts.
  11. 11Chill for 5 hours before serving.
