Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ingredients
- 4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 10 oz Frozen Broccoli Bag
- 15 oz Evaporated Milk Can
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 3 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream Optional, can use milk instead
- 2 tsp Rosemary Chopped, optional
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
Instructions
- 1Combine onions, broth, and broccoli in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2Cook 15 minutes or until veggies have softened
- 3Season with salt and pepper, then reduce heat to medium-low, stir in evaporated milk and cheese
- 4Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then transfer to bowls
