Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 10 oz Frozen Broccoli Bag
  • 15 oz Evaporated Milk Can
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 3 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream Optional, can use milk instead
  • 2 tsp Rosemary Chopped, optional
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. 1Combine onions, broth, and broccoli in a large pot over medium-high heat
  2. 2Cook 15 minutes or until veggies have softened
  3. 3Season with salt and pepper, then reduce heat to medium-low, stir in evaporated milk and cheese
  4. 4Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then transfer to bowls
