Broccoli Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb Bacon Cooked until crisp
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Grapes Red and/or green grapes or raisins
- ½ Cup Red Onion Finely chopped
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 2 Cup Fresh Broccoli Florets 1 Large head
Instructions
- 1Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel and set aside.
- 2In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, grapes, red onion, and sugar.
- 3Add broccoli and ⅔ of bacon; stir to coat.
- 4Reserve remaining bacon in fridge.
- 5Chill the salad, covered, for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- 6Sprinkle reserved bacon over salad before serving.
