Broccoli Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon Cooked until crisp
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Grapes Red and/or green grapes or raisins
  • ½ Cup Red Onion Finely chopped
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cup Fresh Broccoli Florets 1 Large head

Instructions

  1. 1Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel and set aside.
  2. 2In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, grapes, red onion, and sugar.
  3. 3Add broccoli and ⅔ of bacon; stir to coat.
  4. 4Reserve remaining bacon in fridge.
  5. 5Chill the salad, covered, for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  6. 6Sprinkle reserved bacon over salad before serving.
