Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Nuts Optional

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°
  2. 2In large bowl stir the brown sugar and the butter together
  3. 3Add the milk, eggs, vanilla; stir to combine
  4. 4Add the flour, baking soda, salt; mix until incorporated
  5. 5Nuts can be added, if using
  6. 6Fill muffin cups 2/3 full
  7. 7Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until tester comes out clean
