Brown Sugar Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Butter Melted
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ Cup Chopped Nuts Optional
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°
- 2In large bowl stir the brown sugar and the butter together
- 3Add the milk, eggs, vanilla; stir to combine
- 4Add the flour, baking soda, salt; mix until incorporated
- 5Nuts can be added, if using
- 6Fill muffin cups 2/3 full
- 7Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until tester comes out clean
