Buttery Garlic Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
- ¼ Cup Parsley Finely minced
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
- Spaghetti Squash Cooked and scraped into strands
Instructions
- 1Heat a large saute pan with the butter & garlic over medium low heat.
- 2When garlic becomes fragrant, add parsley, salt and spaghetti squash strands.
- 3Toss well & sprinkle in the parmesan.
- 4The spaghetti squash should have a slight crunch (not mushy) but if you like it softer, cover and cook 2 more minutes.
