Buttery Garlic Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
  • ¼ Cup Parsley Finely minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • Spaghetti Squash Cooked and scraped into strands

Instructions

  1. 1Heat a large saute pan with the butter & garlic over medium low heat.
  2. 2When garlic becomes fragrant, add parsley, salt and spaghetti squash strands.
  3. 3Toss well & sprinkle in the parmesan.
  4. 4The spaghetti squash should have a slight crunch (not mushy) but if you like it softer, cover and cook 2 more minutes.
