Cabbage and Sausage Foil Packs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Polish Sausage Cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- ½ Cabbage Head, cut into 1/2" wedges
- 20 Red Potatoes Small, quartered
- 1 Onion Small, sliced
- 8 tbsp Garlic Butter Store bought or home made, 2 TBS per packet
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
- 4 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- 1Preheat your grill to 400 degrees
- 2Cut 4 foil sheets 18 x 12 inches. Spray with non-stick spray
- 3Divide the cabbage, potatoes, and onion over the foil sheets
- 4Add 1 ice cube to each mound
- 5Evenly divide the sausage between the packets and top with garlic butter (2 TBS per packet). Salt and pepper
- 6Seal each packet well and place on grill
- 7Grill for 50 minutes, flipping the packet every 15 minutes
- 8Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving
- 9Serve with sour cream if desired
- 10These can be baked in a 425° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender
