Caprese Stuffed Garlic Butter Portobellos
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Piece Garlic Crushed cloves
- 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
Mushrooms
- 5 Portobello Mushrooms Large
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Thinly sliced
- ¼ Cup Basil Fresh
Balsamic Glaze
- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to broil
- 2Brush the bottoms of mushrooms with garlic butter, place buttered side down on sheet pan
- 3Spoon inside of mushroom caps with mozzarella, tomatoes, basil. broil until cheese melts
- 4Drizzle with Balsamic glaze
