Caprese Stuffed Garlic Butter Portobellos

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Piece Garlic Crushed cloves
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
  • Mushrooms

    • 5 Portobello Mushrooms Large
    • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Thinly sliced
    • ¼ Cup Basil Fresh

    Balsamic Glaze

    • ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to broil
  2. 2Brush the bottoms of mushrooms with garlic butter, place buttered side down on sheet pan
  3. 3Spoon inside of mushroom caps with mozzarella, tomatoes, basil. broil until cheese melts
  4. 4Drizzle with Balsamic glaze
