Cheese and Beef Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 24 Piece Jumbo Shells Uncooked
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 8 oz Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cup Italian Cheese Blend
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Piece Egg

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°. Cook and drain shells
  2. 2Cook meat 5 to 7 minutes, drain and cool for 5 minutes
  3. 3In bowl mix pasta, sauce and water. Cover and rinse water. One cup in the bottom of a 9x13 unglazed pan
  4. 4In another bowl mix 1 cup of cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and meat
  5. 5Spoon heaping TBS in each shell, place in pan, pour sauce over shell. Cover with foil
  6. 6Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly around sides and filling is set
  7. 7Uncover, sprinkle remaining cheese over shells and return to oven for 10 minutes
  8. 8Let rest for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy
