Cheese and Beef Pasta Shells
Ingredients
- 24 Piece Jumbo Shells Uncooked
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- ½ Cup Water
- 8 oz Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ Cup Italian Cheese Blend
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Piece Egg
Instructions
- 1Heat oven to 350°. Cook and drain shells
- 2Cook meat 5 to 7 minutes, drain and cool for 5 minutes
- 3In bowl mix pasta, sauce and water. Cover and rinse water. One cup in the bottom of a 9x13 unglazed pan
- 4In another bowl mix 1 cup of cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and meat
- 5Spoon heaping TBS in each shell, place in pan, pour sauce over shell. Cover with foil
- 6Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly around sides and filling is set
- 7Uncover, sprinkle remaining cheese over shells and return to oven for 10 minutes
- 8Let rest for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy
