Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ¾ Cup Rice
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 ¼ lb Chicken Boneless, skinless
  • Additional Paprika For sprinkling
  • Additional Black Pepper For sprinkling

Instructions

  1. 1Stir the soup, water, rice, paprika, and black pepper in an 11 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with additional paprika and black pepper. Cover dish.
  2. 2Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir the rice before serving.
