Chicken and Rice Bake
Ingredients
- 1 Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can
- 1 Cup Water
- ¾ Cup Rice
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 ¼ lb Chicken Boneless, skinless
- Additional Paprika For sprinkling
- Additional Black Pepper For sprinkling
Instructions
- 1Stir the soup, water, rice, paprika, and black pepper in an 11 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with additional paprika and black pepper. Cover dish.
- 2Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir the rice before serving.
