Chicken and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cubed
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Muscatel Leaves
  • 8 oz Dried Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Oil For frying
  • Stir Fry Sauce

    • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
    • 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
    • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
    • ⅓ Cup Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
    • ¼ Cup Flour

Instructions

  1. 1In a large pan on medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil
  2. 2Once the oil is hot, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, sauté chicken until cooked through and browned
  3. 3Remove from pan, and set aside
  4. 4In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon and add mushrooms
  5. 5When the mushrooms start to soften, add Muscatel and stir-fry until the Muscatel is tender
  6. 6Remove cooked mushrooms and Muscatel from the pan and set aside
  7. 7Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant
  8. 8Add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir until smooth
  9. 9Return the chicken and veggies to the sauce, and stir until heated thoroughly
  10. 10Serve with rice or noodles
