Chicken Ramen Skillet

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 Green Onions Thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Salt To taste
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¾ lb Boneless Chicken Breast Cut into 1" cubes
  • Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste
  • 1 Cup Cornstarch
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Ramen Noodles Packet, cooked

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, 1/4 cup of the sliced green onions, sriracha, sesame seeds and a pinch of salt. Set aside
  2. 2Season the chicken with salt and pepper and toss in the corn starch until evenly coated. Cook in heated oil in skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain on paper towel
  3. 3In the same honey sauce, bring to a simmer, add in broccoli and cook until tender, about 2 min. Add the cooked chicken, and noodles. Toss to coat
