Chicken Ramen Skillet
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 Green Onions Thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt To taste
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¾ lb Boneless Chicken Breast Cut into 1" cubes
- Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste
- 1 Cup Cornstarch
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1 Ramen Noodles Packet, cooked
Instructions
- 1Whisk soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, 1/4 cup of the sliced green onions, sriracha, sesame seeds and a pinch of salt. Set aside
- 2Season the chicken with salt and pepper and toss in the corn starch until evenly coated. Cook in heated oil in skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain on paper towel
- 3In the same honey sauce, bring to a simmer, add in broccoli and cook until tender, about 2 min. Add the cooked chicken, and noodles. Toss to coat
