Classic Vanilla Buttercream
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter 2 sticks, softened
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 32 oz Confectioner's Sugar sifted (8 cups)
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1Beat butter until light and fluffy
- 2Add vanilla and almond extract
- 3Gradually add in the confectioner's sugar, milk, and salt; frequently scrape down the sides and bottom of bowl
- 4Once incorporated, whip frosting for at least 3 minutes on medium high to high
- 5If frosting is too thick to spread, gradually beat in additional milk
- 6Can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Rewhip before using.
