Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 Cooked Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded or cubed
- 2 Cream of Chicken Soup cans
- 2 Cup Minute Rice or quick cooking
- 2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Ritz Crackers sleeves
- ½ Cup Butter melted (1 stick)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 2In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken, broth and sour cream together until everything is incorporated, then spread mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Vegetables can be added to the rice & chicken mix.
- 3In a medium bowl, melt the butter, then pour in the crushed Ritz crackers.
- 4Spread the cracker mixture over the top of the casserole, then place on middle rack of the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
