Creamy Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 12 oz Spaghetti
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- ¾ Cup Heavy Cream
- ¾ Cup Italian Blend Cheese
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- Olive Oil For cooking
Instructions
- 1Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
- 2Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- 3In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook garlic for 1 minute.
- 4Add cream and 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water.
- 5Add cooked spaghetti and toss until noodles are coated, allowing to simmer.
- 6Remove from heat and add cheese.
- 7Toss with additional pasta water until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- 8Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- 9Serve immediately.
