Creamy Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ¾ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ¾ Cup Italian Blend Cheese
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 3 tbsp Parsley
  • Olive Oil For cooking

Instructions

  1. 1Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
  2. 2Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  3. 3In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook garlic for 1 minute.
  4. 4Add cream and 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water.
  5. 5Add cooked spaghetti and toss until noodles are coated, allowing to simmer.
  6. 6Remove from heat and add cheese.
  7. 7Toss with additional pasta water until sauce reaches desired consistency.
  8. 8Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  9. 9Serve immediately.
