Earthquake Cake
Ingredients
- 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 package
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ⅔ Cup Sweetened Coconut
- ⅓ Cup Chocolate Chips
- ½ Cup Pecans Chopped (optional)
- ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 ⅓ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Butter Melted
- 3 ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar About 1 lb
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2Grease a 9x13" cake pan.
- 3Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans in the pan.
- 4Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and water together.
- 5Pour cake batter on top of coconut, chips & nuts.
- 6Melt butter and cream cheese together.
- 7Beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
- 8Spread on unbaked cake or drop by spoonfuls, and swirl into batter with a knife.
- 9Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
- 10It is done when it doesn't wobble in pan if you shake it.
