Favorite Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ Cup Milk
- 30 oz Sliced Peaches Can
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ⅓ tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°
- 2Melt butter in a 9x13 casserole dish
- 3Separate ½ cup sugar, also cinnamon and nutmeg
- 4Separate syrup from peaches
- 5Put the peaches in the casserole dish with the melted butter
- 6Pour the batter over the top of the peaches
- 7Mix the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ½ cup sugar and sprinkle over top of the batter
- 8Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top crust is golden brown
