Gingered Beef & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Beef Sirloin Steak Trimmed of fat
  • ⅓ Cup Ginger Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Bottled
  • 3 Cup Broccoli Florets
  • 8 Cup Mixed Spring or Baby Salad Greens
  • 1 Red Sweet Pepper Stemmed and seeded

Instructions

  1. 1Trim fat from beef. Thinly slice beef across the grain into bite size strips; set aside.
  2. 2In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Add beef to skillet or wok. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until beef is slightly pink in center.
  4. 4Remove beef and broccoli from skillet.
  5. 5Remove stems and seeds from sweet pepper. Cut into bite size strips.
  6. 6In a large bowl combine greens, sweet pepper, beef, and broccoli.
  7. 7Drizzle remaining salad dressing; toss to coat.
