Gingered Beef & Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 12 oz Beef Sirloin Steak Trimmed of fat
- ⅓ Cup Ginger Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Bottled
- 3 Cup Broccoli Florets
- 8 Cup Mixed Spring or Baby Salad Greens
- 1 Red Sweet Pepper Stemmed and seeded
Instructions
- 1Trim fat from beef. Thinly slice beef across the grain into bite size strips; set aside.
- 2In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing over medium-high heat.
- 3Add beef to skillet or wok. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until beef is slightly pink in center.
- 4Remove beef and broccoli from skillet.
- 5Remove stems and seeds from sweet pepper. Cut into bite size strips.
- 6In a large bowl combine greens, sweet pepper, beef, and broccoli.
- 7Drizzle remaining salad dressing; toss to coat.
