Great Pumpkin Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 Solid Pack Pumpkin 15 oz can
- 1 Evaporated Milk 12 oz can
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 package
- ¾ Cup Butter Melted
- 1 ½ Cup Walnuts Chopped
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, beat the first five ingredients until smooth.
- 2Transfer to a 9x13 greased baking dish.
- 3Sprinkle cake mix evenly over top.
- 4Drizzle with butter.
- 5Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 6Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
