Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Ribs Racks halved (can use 3-10 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 10 Garlic Cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. 1Season ribs evenly with the powder rub on all sides.
  2. 2Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic to slow cooker.
  3. 3Transfer ribs to slow cooker and turn them over in sauce until coated.
  4. 4Position the ribs so they are standing up, with the meat side down, and so the meat is against the walls of the slow cooker, with the bone sides facing in.
  5. 5Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours. Check after allotted time, you want to make sure meat is cooked through and tender.
  6. 6Remove the ribs to a cutting board; cut between the bones to separate into individual ribs. Use sauce from cooker.
