Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 package
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Mandarin Oranges 11 oz can, with liquid
  • Icing

    • 1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, with juice
    • 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding 3.5 oz package
    • 1 Cool Whip 9 oz container

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all ingredients in bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. (Do not add any other ingredients)
  2. 2Pour equally into 3 round cake pans.
  3. 3Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
  4. 4For icing: Mix together pudding and pineapple.
  5. 5Fold in Cool Whip.
  6. 6Frost one layer at a time then frost top and sides.
  7. 7Refrigerate.
