Mandarin Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 package
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Mandarin Oranges 11 oz can, with liquid
Icing
- 1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, with juice
- 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding 3.5 oz package
- 1 Cool Whip 9 oz container
Instructions
- 1Mix all ingredients in bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. (Do not add any other ingredients)
- 2Pour equally into 3 round cake pans.
- 3Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
- 4For icing: Mix together pudding and pineapple.
- 5Fold in Cool Whip.
- 6Frost one layer at a time then frost top and sides.
- 7Refrigerate.
