No Bake Banana Split Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ½ Cup Butter Melted
Cream Cheese Layer
- 12 oz Cream Cheese At room temperature
- ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip
Fruit Topping
- 3 Bananas Sliced
- 1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, well drained
- 16 oz Strawberries Hulled and sliced
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- ½ Cup Walnuts Chopped (optional)
- Chocolate Syrup For drizzling
- Maraschino Cherries For topping
Instructions
- 1Grease a 9X13 pan and set aside.
- 2In a medium bowl combine graham crackers and melted butter, stirring until all the crumbs are coated with butter. Dump the crumbs into the prepared pan and press into an even layer. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
- 3In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes using a rubber spatula. Fold in cool whip until throughly combined. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of graham cracker crust.
- 4Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on top of the cream cheese filling. Top with a even layer of crushed pineapple, and then a single layer of sliced strawberries.
- 5Cover with cool whip, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with the nuts, if desired. Then drizzle with the chocolate syrup and top with the marchino cherries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
