One Pan Garlic Herb Chicken and Asparagus
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken 3-6 chicken thighs or boneless chicken breasts
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
- 1 lb Asparagus Ends trimmed
- 3 tbsp Butter Divided
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- ½ tsp Basil
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Thyme
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1Season Chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Melt 2 TBS of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic and herbs and cook another minute until the garlic is fragrant
- 2Reduce heat to medium, add chicken to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes (chicken should be nearly, but not completely cooked)
- 3Push chicken over to the side of pan, add remaining 1 TBS of butter. Once butter is melted, add the asparagus. Season asparagus with salt and pepper. Cook, rotating throughout, for 4-6 minutes until asparagus is tender and chicken is cooked through
- 4Serve immediately
