One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- ½ tbsp Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Green Onions
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°
- 2Season chicken with salt & pepper.
- 3Melt 1 TBS butter in a large Oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- 4Add chicken, skin side down, and sear both sides until golden brown.
- 5Remove the chicken thighs set aside.
- 6Pour out excess fat, but leave some for sauce.
- 7Add garlic, stir until fragrant, add brown sugar, honey, thyme, and oregano and stir.
- 8Reduce heat to low.
- 9Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
- 10Add green onions to skillet.
- 11Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- 12Enjoy.
