One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Bone-in Chicken Thighs
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Green Onions

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°
  2. 2Season chicken with salt & pepper.
  3. 3Melt 1 TBS butter in a large Oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Add chicken, skin side down, and sear both sides until golden brown.
  5. 5Remove the chicken thighs set aside.
  6. 6Pour out excess fat, but leave some for sauce.
  7. 7Add garlic, stir until fragrant, add brown sugar, honey, thyme, and oregano and stir.
  8. 8Reduce heat to low.
  9. 9Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
  10. 10Add green onions to skillet.
  11. 11Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  12. 12Enjoy.
