One Pan Ranch Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 Bone-in Pork Chops 8 oz. each
- 16 oz Baby Red Potatoes Halved
- 16 oz Green Beans Trimmed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix 0.9 oz. package
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Freshly chopped leaves (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly coat a baking sheet with a nonstick spray.
- 2Place pork chops, potatoes, and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil and season with Ranch Seasoning and garlic.
- 4Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5Place in oven and roast until the pork is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140°, about 20-22 minutes.
- 6Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
- 7Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
