One Pan Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Bone-in Pork Chops 8 oz. each
  • 16 oz Baby Red Potatoes Halved
  • 16 oz Green Beans Trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix 0.9 oz. package
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Freshly chopped leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly coat a baking sheet with a nonstick spray.
  2. 2Place pork chops, potatoes, and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. 3Drizzle with olive oil and season with Ranch Seasoning and garlic.
  4. 4Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5Place in oven and roast until the pork is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140°, about 20-22 minutes.
  6. 6Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
  7. 7Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
