Pepperoni Pizza Log
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Bread Dough Thawed
- 2 Eggs Large, separated
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Parsley Minced
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 8 oz Pepperoni Sliced
- 2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1 Mushrooms Can, drained
- ½ Cup Pepper Rings ¼ to ½ cup
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Medium, diced
- 1 Cup Green Olives Sliced
- 1 Pizza Sauce 15 oz can
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°. On a greased baking sheet, roll out dough into a 15 x 10 in rectangle.
- 2In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano garlic powder, and pepper. Brush over dough.
- 3Sprinkle with the pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepper rings, green peppers and olives.
- 4Roll up jelly-roll style starting with long side, parallel seam to seal up tuck ends under.
- 5Place seam side down, brush with egg whites, do not let rise.
- 6Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 7Warm the pizza sauce. Serve with sliced loaf.
