Pepperoni Pizza Log

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Bread Dough Thawed
  • 2 Eggs Large, separated
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Parsley Minced
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 oz Pepperoni Sliced
  • 2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Mushrooms Can, drained
  • ½ Cup Pepper Rings ¼ to ½ cup
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Medium, diced
  • 1 Cup Green Olives Sliced
  • 1 Pizza Sauce 15 oz can

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°. On a greased baking sheet, roll out dough into a 15 x 10 in rectangle.
  2. 2In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano garlic powder, and pepper. Brush over dough.
  3. 3Sprinkle with the pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepper rings, green peppers and olives.
  4. 4Roll up jelly-roll style starting with long side, parallel seam to seal up tuck ends under.
  5. 5Place seam side down, brush with egg whites, do not let rise.
  6. 6Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. 7Warm the pizza sauce. Serve with sliced loaf.
