Pineapple Dream Dessert
Ingredients
Crust
2 ½ Cup
Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ Cup
Butter
melted
Filling
4 oz
Cream Cheese
softened
½ Cup
Butter
room temperature
2 Cup
Powdered Sugar
8 oz
Cool Whip
20 oz
Crushed Pineapple
canned, drained
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°. Crush graham crackers.

Drain pineapple.

Melt ½ cup (1 stick) butter.

Add 2½ cups crushed graham crumbs to melted butter and stir until combined.

Measure out 2 cups of the crumb mixture and press it firmly into the bottom of an 8"x8" or 9"x9" square baking dish.

Bake crumb mixture for about 8-10 minutes and then allow to cool completely.

Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy.

Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and butter and mix until incorporated and smooth.

Add a big heaping tablespoon of drained pineapple to the creamed mixture and stir.

Spread cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.

Combine the cool whip with the crushed pineapple. Stir well. Spread the cool whip mixture over the cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining graham crackers over the top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
