Pineapple Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 package
  • 1 Mandarin Oranges 11 oz can, undrained
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • Topping

    • 1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, undrained
    • 1 Instant Pudding Mix 3.5 oz package
    • 1 Cool Whip 8 oz carton

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, oranges, egg whites and applesauce on low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. 2Pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan, coated with cooking spray.
  3. 3Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  4. 4Cool on wire rack.
  5. 5In a bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix.
  6. 6Fold in whipped topping just until blended.
  7. 7Spread over cake.
  8. 8Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
