Pineapple Sunshine Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 box
- 4 Eggs
- ½ Cup Oil
- 1 Crushed Pineapple 8 oz can, with juice
Icing
- 1 Cool Whip 8 oz container
- 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding Small box
- 1 Crushed Pineapple 8 oz can, with juice
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2Spray a 9x13 pan.
- 3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 can crushed pineapple with the juice.
- 4Mix well.
- 5Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 6Allow to cool completely.
- 7In a medium bowl, fold together Cool Whip, pudding, and one can of crushed pineapple with the juice.
- 8Spread over top the cooled cake.
