Pineapple Sunshine Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 box
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • 1 Crushed Pineapple 8 oz can, with juice
  • Icing

    • 1 Cool Whip 8 oz container
    • 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding Small box
    • 1 Crushed Pineapple 8 oz can, with juice

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2Spray a 9x13 pan.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 can crushed pineapple with the juice.
  4. 4Mix well.
  5. 5Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. 6Allow to cool completely.
  7. 7In a medium bowl, fold together Cool Whip, pudding, and one can of crushed pineapple with the juice.
  8. 8Spread over top the cooled cake.
