7-up Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix 1 box
- 1 Instant Lemon Pudding 4.2 oz box
- 1 Cup 7-up
- 4 Eggs
- ⅔ Cup Vegetable Oil
Glaze
- 1 ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 tbsp Milk 2-4 tablespoons
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh squeezed
- 1 ½ tsp Lemon Zest
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2Lightly grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray.
- 3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, 7-up, eggs, and oil and mix together until fully incorporated.
- 4Pour mixture into cake pan and place in oven.
- 5Bake 35-45 minutes.
- 6While cake is baking, prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest in a large bowl.
- 7Gradually add milk until desired consistency is reached.
- 8Remove cake from oven, invert onto serving plate.
- 9Let cool completely, then pour glaze over the top.
- 10Let glaze set then slice and serve.
