Southwest Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 24 oz Sausage Crumbled
- 8 Slice Bacon Cooked until crispy, crumbled
- 15 Eggs
- ¾ Cup Milk 2%
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- ½ Cup Green Chilies Diced
- ¾ Cup Green Onions Sliced
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°
- 2In a large skillet crumble sausage, and cook until done. Drain grease and set aside
- 3In another skillet cook bacon until crispy, place on paper towel. Crumble after bacon has cooled
- 4In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, sour cream, and seasonings. Whisk until well blended
- 5Add cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, green onions, and mix until well combined
- 6Add sausage and bacon to egg mixture
- 7Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish
- 8Bake uncovered for approximately 55-60 minutes or until eggs are done!
- 9Serve with fresh avocados
