Southwest Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Sausage Crumbled
  • 8 Slice Bacon Cooked until crispy, crumbled
  • 15 Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Milk 2%
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • ½ Cup Green Chilies Diced
  • ¾ Cup Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°
  2. 2In a large skillet crumble sausage, and cook until done. Drain grease and set aside
  3. 3In another skillet cook bacon until crispy, place on paper towel. Crumble after bacon has cooled
  4. 4In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, sour cream, and seasonings. Whisk until well blended
  5. 5Add cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, green onions, and mix until well combined
  6. 6Add sausage and bacon to egg mixture
  7. 7Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish
  8. 8Bake uncovered for approximately 55-60 minutes or until eggs are done!
  9. 9Serve with fresh avocados
