Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 12 oz Artichoke Hearts Drained and chopped
- ½ lb Cheddar Cheese Cubed
- 6 oz Frozen Spinach Thawed and liquid pressed out
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Parmesan Cheese Shredded
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°.
- 2Heat oil in large pot.
- 3Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 4Add all ingredients, except parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- 5Stir over low heat until fully melted.
- 6Add parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- 7Stir until fully incorporated.
- 8Add salt to taste.
- 9Pour mixture into a 8x8 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until top is brown.
- 10Serve hot with crackers or bread & veggies cut for dipping.
